EPM360 Service is a secure web service, and in the background provides a library containing 1000′s of performance metrics. We help you map each job to the critical few relevant metrics, and then set performance level expectations for the job.
Expectations for each employee can then be defined in terms of the expectations of their assigned job. EPM360 uses this information to automatically email out links to customized online evaluations for each employee, according to the performance review dates that you schedule.
EPM360 tracks who has completed reviews for each employee (and thanks or reminds them by email on your behalf!), helping you to keep track of the overall progress of your performance review cycle. EPM360 also highlights for you which managers need help to finish on time.
When it comes time to put the completed review together for each employee, a single click in EPM360 generates a draft review on screen which includes the input from each reviewer, together with formal library text supportng the observations and a gap analysis. Your manager can then accept and finalize the employee review right away with a single click, or if necessary edit the review and then sign-off. Standard corporate text and graphics will be added automatically.
EPM360 generates gap analysis and ranking reports for HR by combining employee reviews across departments or across job titles. These provide focussed and measurable input to compensation planning, training needs and development.
